Shipping policy

Zivah Store delivers across Pakistan through trusted courier partners such as TCS, Leopards, PostEx, Trax and M&P.

Processing time

Orders are confirmed via call or WhatsApp and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.

Shipping charges

A flat delivery charge of Rs 200 applies to all orders.

Order tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by SMS, WhatsApp or email. You can also contact us on WhatsApp for an update.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates. Weather, strikes, public holidays, sale seasons and courier issues may cause delays outside our control. We will keep you informed if your order is delayed.

Incorrect address or failed delivery

Please make sure your name, address and phone number are correct. If an order is returned because the address was wrong or the customer was unreachable after multiple attempts, re-delivery charges will apply.

International shipping

We currently ship within Pakistan only.
