Zivah Store is an online jewellery store. These terms apply to all visitors and customers of our website and social media pages.

2. Products

  • Our jewellery is made of stainless steel (316L or 304 grade), with gold, silver or rose-gold plating where stated.
  • Product photos are taken in natural light. Slight differences in colour or shade may appear due to screen settings and lighting.
  • Sizes and measurements are approximate and may vary slightly.

3. Pricing and payment

  • All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of order confirmation applies.
  • Payment is accepted by Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa.

4. Orders

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including suspected fake orders, pricing errors or stock unavailability. If a prepaid order is cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued.

5. Discounts and promotions

Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may expire without notice.

6. Intellectual property

All content on [Website], including photos, logos, text and designs, belongs to Zivah Store. Copying or reuse without written permission is not allowed.

7. Limitation of liability

Zivah Store is not liable for allergic reactions, misuse, or damage caused by improper care. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

Product Care & Warranty

Our stainless steel jewellery is water-resistant, tarnish-resistant and made for everyday wear, and plated pieces carry a 6-month plating warranty.

  • Keeps its shine far longer than ordinary alloy or artificial jewellery

Care tips

  1. Avoid direct contact with perfume, body spray, bleach, chlorine and harsh chemicals. Apply perfume and lotion before wearing jewellery.
  2. Remove jewellery before swimming in chlorinated pools or the sea, and before workouts or heavy work.
  3. Wipe with a soft dry cloth after wearing. For deeper cleaning, use mild soapy water and dry completely.
  4. Store each piece separately in its pouch or box to avoid scratches.
  5. Do not use abrasive cleaners or polishing compounds on plated pieces.

Warranty

Our warranty covers plating that fades within 6 months under normal use, and manufacturing defects in clasps, chains or stones. It does not cover scratches, dents, bending or breakage from use, damage caused by perfume, chemicals or improper care, or lost stones and items after 6 months.

To claim the warranty, send your order number and clear photos to our Whatsapp. Approved claims receive a replacement or store credit.
